Pet Policy

Maximum of two pets. Pet Deposit: $300 for first pet, additional $150 for second pet. Pet Rent: $15/mo. for first pet, additional $10/mo. for second pet. Dog breed restrictions and maximum weight of 200 pounds. Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixed breed that includes any of these breeds. Assistance/Companion Animals are welcome. Pet policies do not apply to documented Assistance/Companion Animals. All pets must be properly licensed and have shots required by statute or regulation at all times. No pet with a history of aggressive, threatening or violent behavior will be allowed. At Owner/Agent's discretion, breeds with a disposition for aggressive behavior may be prohibited. The pet will not be allowed out of the apartment except when being carried by the resident or when on a leash under the resident's control. The pet will not be chained or tied in any way to the exterior part of the building. The pet will not be allowed to use any part of the property for depositing waste. Should this occur accidently, Resident will immediately pick up the waste. The pet will not be allowed to make noise or engage in threatening conduct which might disturb other Residents or other pets. The pet will be kept clean. Any pet waste that is accumulated in a tray inside the apartment will be disposed of properly and promptly. The resident will immediately notify manager of any personal injury or property damage caused by pet. Any damage attributed to the pet will be paid promptly by the Resident.
